He has always wanted to be with you ...

Didn't you know?

Didn't you know that He has always wanted to be with you? I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner, but I hope you received my tract or the encouraging Bible quote card.

I didn't know or understand the exact words I should say to you; but I knew that God would somehow speak to you. He is my all in all, my God and Master, but also a good friend. He doesn't mind that I like 80's music; He doesn't mind that I have hurts and pains that make me not always treat others well and we're working on that together. He loves it that I like theater, and reese's peanut butter cups (and I promise you, I'm not getting paid to say that!)

He doesn't condemn me for being me, He only condemns the sins that I do. He wants them out of my life.

He also wants to be with me, and with you. He wants friendship with you. He has time for you. He doesn't reject you. He listens. He cares. He doesn't just want you so He can use you. His love is beyond compare, no one is like Him.

Romans 5:8
"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

Read those words for a little while. We are all sinners before we meet God; we naturally do what we want to do,  including looking for love in all the wrong places. Rich, poor, young, old, organized, disheveled, supposedly disabled, or completely "healthy". We still tend to be selfish and do things that don't please God.

Yet, He still loves us. And if you and I never meet in person again (perhaps I was at a pizza shop picking up a pizza from you or somewhere else), please know that God was moved in His inner being before the world began and said - I want to have a relationship with you ... so I will die on a cross to pay the penalty for sin so that I can rescue you. Consider this your invitation to a life long relationship with Jesus Christ; simply believe that He died for you because He loves you and wants to give you eternal life. I promise you, He will never leave you or forsake you in life's difficulties ... He is an "always friend" you can rely on.

Romans 10:9, "9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

Believe on Him today. If I can help you, email me. [email protected]

I didn't know I was wanted until I saw Him on the Cross.
